The short and sweet of it:
There’s nothing more heartbreaking to Lindsey Taylor than meeting a Mother who has been struggling after the birth of her child, only to realize the “baby” is now 3 and a half years old. Lindsey knows there is no need to go that long without help and she’s here today to help get the word our about the services available to Mothers and families through her Doula agency.
Culturally, labor and delivery and postpartum care are not valued in the same way they used to be. It’s important to have a support team during this time of your life. Building this support team is like building a tribe. You need to put together then team long before you need it. Lindsey also shares ways of discovering who your tangible support team is. She put together a postpartum survival guide that is free and available to all our listeners.

How do you roll with change? Does it really stress you out, or are you able go with the flow? Anna's guest on today's post-election show is Kasey Schuessler, an expert in life and a great example of someone who lives her life without a script. Listen in as she shares about how she manages change in unique or new circumstances.
Kasey is a project manager from California and her job is all about change and managing new situations and circumstances. She grew up in California, the youngest of six kids in a busy home, with her dad being a schoolteacher. When she was just seven years old, her family moved to Alaska, where they lived in a commune for three years.
Kasey, who has subsequently gone through many, many changes in her life, mentions that in her travels, she's always sought out her 'group of weirdo's'- people that she can relate to and that can uplift her. Change is uncomfortable, yet unavoidable in life. Listen in today and find out what's going to make you better, through the change.
